Ethics Policy

Our readers often use our guides when making important decisions about work and migration. These principles guide everything we publish on Voice of Kollywood Profession.

Accuracy and Fairness

We aim to describe jobs, pay and processes realistically, including the difficulties. We do not exaggerate salaries or opportunities.

Reader Safety First

We never ask readers for fees, passports or personal documents, and we do not promote unlicensed recruiters. Our articles explain how to recognise recruitment fraud and how to use official channels.

Independence

Our editorial content is not paid for by employers, recruiters or advertisers. Advertising, where shown, is clearly separate from editorial content and has no influence over what we write.

Original Work

Our articles are written in our own words. We do not copy content from other publishers.

Transparency

We state clearly that we are an information website, not a recruiter, and we correct mistakes openly under our Corrections Policy.

Respect and Non-Discrimination

We write respectfully about all workers and communities and avoid stereotypes based on religion, caste, gender, nationality or any other characteristic.
